Fall Picnic October 14th, 2023
Members present: Scott Bahmann, Ian Anderson, and Dan Barbers
The purpose of this meeting was to update members on the organization and for fellowship.
Meeting was called to order at 12:55 pm
New Business:
Minutes from the 2021 meeting approved by Dan and seconded by Ian. All members voted aye. Motion carried.
The members brought up and discussed potential mini meet. Ian mentioned a mini meet was in the works for January 2024 and would be posted on the Associations’ Face book page.
Old Business:
President Bahmann continued the discussion on becoming a no profit. Not much was mentioned as not enough members were present.
Members had a brief discussion on the Association’s Website and Face book page. All members thought everything was working as it should. Members that are managing these platforms should continue.
A possible meeting date for next year’s meeting will be held on September 7th or 28th 2024. Place to be determined.
Adjourned at 1:11 pm. Motion by Dan and seconded by Ian. All members voting aye.

As always, the Association will be providing the meat and ask those who plan to attend to bring a dish to share. Please bring your own table service and beverages. It’s that time of year again for our fall picnic.
Like in the past we will provide the meat and ask everyone to bring a dish to share. Please bring your own beverages and table service. Business meeting to follow.
