Fall Picnic October 14th, 2023
Members present: Scott Bahmann, Ian Anderson, and Dan Barbers
The purpose of this meeting was to update members on the organization and for fellowship.
Meeting was called to order at 12:55 pm
New Business:
Minutes from the 2021 meeting approved by Dan and seconded by Ian. All members voted aye. Motion carried.
The members brought up and discussed potential mini meet. Ian mentioned a mini meet was in the works for January 2024 and would be posted on the Associations’ Face book page.
Old Business:
President Bahmann continued the discussion on becoming a no profit. Not much was mentioned as not enough members were present.
Members had a brief discussion on the Association’s Website and Face book page. All members thought everything was working as it should. Members that are managing these platforms should continue.
A possible meeting date for next year’s meeting will be held on September 7th or 28th 2024. Place to be determined.
